 LA BULLE CAFE is a creative cafe offering ongoing ceramic painting and textile painting activities for individuals, as well as selling light refreshment products: hot and cold drinks (non-alcoholic), and sweet and savory fast food.

LA BULLE CAFE also offers special workshops and attached activities, creative, artistic, and recreational leisure activities for businesses.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale described below detail the obligations, rights, and responsibilities of LA BULLE CAFE and its customers in the context of selling the following goods and services: ceramic painting, textile painting, light catering.

All purchases made by the customer and all services provided by LA BULLE CAFE therefore imply the unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these general terms and conditions of sale.

LA BULLE CAFE reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. These modifications will be applicable immediately after the date of modification. 

PRODUCT AND SERVICE RATESCSpanish

The different services, prices, and packages are presented on the LA BULLE CAFE website and on the premises.

Prices for products and services sold are freely set and indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. La Bulle Café reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price shown on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

All prices displayed by LA BULLE CAFE are non-negotiable by the buyer.

For product sales, the displayed prices do not include any potential shipping fees, which will be charged in addition. These will be clearly indicated to the customer if they wish to have their products delivered.

Payment for products and services is made by the customer, before glazing and firing for ceramic pieces. La Bulle accepts payments in cash or by credit card.

Events and gift vouchers, in accordance with Article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, services (ticketing, events) and gift voucher purchases are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are firm and final. You will be informed of any cancellation, postponement, or substantial modification of the event by La Bulle Café. By registering for an event on the La Bulle website, you expressly agree to waive any recourse against La Bulle Café for reimbursement. However, certain events may be exchanged, and this will be expressly indicated in the description of the event in question.

Responsibility

Ceramic or textile painting activities involve the active participation of the client. The latter agrees to remain vigilant and to follow the instructions given by LA BULLE CAFE for the smooth running of the activity in which they are participating. However, the client is fully aware that these are self-guided ceramic or textile painting activities, without an instructor personally assisting them at each step. The photographs provided as examples are as accurate as possible, but do not bind the seller in any way and have no contractual value.

 LA BULLE CAFE commits to honoring the customer's order within the limits of available product stock or seating.

LA BULLE CAFE will not be held responsible for damages caused to persons or their property in connection with the nature of the products and services offered, under any circumstances.

Specifically, LA BULLE CAFE cannot be held responsible for damages caused to people or their property during ceramic or textile painting activities. Likewise, LA BULLE CAFE cannot be held responsible for the loss of objects and personal belongings brought by the customer onto its premises.

LA BULLE CAFE will not be held responsible for the condition and use of ceramics or textiles after they leave these premises, particularly, by way of example, in case of breakage, burns, injuries, or allergies.

 If a room is damaged due to the "CAFE BUBBLE" in these premises, you will be offered to have it redone.

In accordance with the Law, minor participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult responsible for them.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA

The information collected during a reservation is processed.

The client agrees that LA BULLE CAFE may use the contact details provided during booking to provide them with additional information regarding an event for which the client has booked tickets, or to inform them of a change in date, time, or location, and to keep them informed of the next steps.

The customer will have the option to unsubscribe by clicking on the hypertext link provided for this purpose in the newsletter or on the Site, in order to request their unsubscribe from all lists.

In accordance with the «Data Protection and Civil Liberties» law of January 6, 1978 as amended in 2004, the customer has the right to access and rectify information concerning them, which they can exercise by contacting LA BULLE CAFE at 22 Bis Avenue Berthollet, 74000 Annecy.

The client may also at any time object to the processing of their data or modify their information via the «contact» section on the website. www.labullecafe.fr

LA BULLE CAFE reserves the right to use, unless otherwise stated in writing by the client, images and videos taken during sessions and events for the promotion of its business.

APPLICABLE LAW

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to contact LA BULLE CAFE first, either through its website or by mail to 22 Bis Avenue Berthollet 74000 Annecy, in order to find an amicable solution.

In the negative, the competent court is that of Annecy.

Ceramics should not be microwaved; risk of burns

Using a dishwasher may create micro-cracks in ceramics. During the first few washes, some pieces may retain water marks that will disappear after drying.

The textile paint resists machine washing at 30°C, provided it has been properly heated with an iron for at least five minutes.
